*Job Summary*We are seeking a Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing parking areas efficiently and providing excellent customer service to guests.*Responsibilities*- Drive vehicles to available parking spaces- Be able to parallel park properly and park without a rear view camera- Maneuver vehicles in tight spaces- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking area- Ensure the safe and efficient flow of traffic within the parking facility- Collaborate with team members to optimize parking operations*Experience*- Previous experience in cash handling is preferred- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members- Previous knowledge and experience of valet parking- Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous- Bilingual skills are beneficial for interacting with a diverse range of guests, but only a fluent understanding of English is required- Have a reliable mean of transportation, as the job does not take place in the same place every time- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality industry is desirableJob Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $13.35 per hourExpected hours: 1 – 20 per weekCompensation Package:* TipsSchedule:* Evenings as needed* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededExperience:* Valet parking: 1 year (Preferred)Language:* English (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Shift availability:* Night Shift (Required)* Day Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* New Rochelle, NY 10801 (Required)Willingness to travel:* 100% (Required)Work Location: In person
