Bartenders for Fine Dining Restaurant

Server Job Duties and Responsibilities:* Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.* Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions.* Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.* Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen;* Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:* Dependable* People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects* Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction* Experience preferred - willing to train the right candidateDuties:* Greeting and seating customers* Taking orders* Delivering food* Placing to-go orders* Prep or side work* Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floorsJob Type: Part-timePay: From $14.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Employee discount* Flexible scheduleShift:* Evening shift* Night shiftExperience:* Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
