We Are Hiring: Job Title: Clinic Nursing RN SupervisorSpecialty: Employer Solutions / Employer Based ClinicsLocation: Ascension All SaintsAddress: 3805 Spring Street, Racine, WIHours: Mondays thru Fridays - typical hour starting no earlier than 7 am and ending no later than 6 pm. What You Will Do: Supervise day-to-day clinic operations.Assist in meeting financial targets to increase productivity/revenue and reduce overall costs. Assist in monitoring and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff. Apply progressive discipline when appropriate. Participate in hiring and termination procedures. Establish staffing patterns with physician schedules.Develop and implement performance improvement projects that improve quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.Assist with the development of a marketing plan.This position will work closely with and under the direction of the Manager of Worksite Services to implement and carry out comprehensive onboarding, training and oversight of various roles within our EBC sites. Those roles include MA, LPN, RN and Reception.Responsibilities for onboarding:Participate in interviews, recruitment and selection of EBC staffing (MA, LPN, RN and Reception)Assist in developing a consistent scheduling/calendar of specific onboarding needs to fit the position being placed.Responsibilities for training:Coordinate calendar/schedule with appropriate internal departments/entities for newly hired team members.Coordinate training for onsite shadowing within the site where the newly hired staff will be placed (if there is an experienced staff member to shadow) or an alternative site that has an example role to be followed.Assure that all necessary clinical checklists are completed and filed in the new hire shared folder.Review all aspects of training needs and updates with the Manager.Responsibilities of oversight:Have periodic check-ins with every clinic site within scope of Manager responsibility to verify that MA, LPN, RN and Reception roles are following necessary processes to adhere to clinical compliance. The periodic check-ins timetable will be determined together with the Manager.Responsible for documentation of in-clinic/site check-ins to assure that compliance and protocols are followed.This position will also work with the manager to develop an implementation strategy that will allow for additional services to be brought into EBC sites as services expand. Those services might include occupational medicine services (drug testing, pre-employment, basic workers comp needs), physical therapy services, health coaching services, etc..Assist manager with RN/clinical related needs as necessary for new relationship/clinic set ups.Review of any Employer Solutions processes, protocols, documentation and reporting for any newly onboarded RN health coaches that would be out at employer contracted sites for RN services.This position may also be called upon to assist in specific nursing related duties within the market RN team such as assisting w/flu clinics, coordinating HRA/coaching services and other related duties. What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State required.Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.Work Experience:1 year of experience required. Additional Preferences: Bachelors in Nursing is preferred with 5 years minimum ER or In clinic experience. Occupational Medicine and leadership knowledge a plus.
