ServiceNow Administrator

We are using ServiceNow to manage our private CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and to support different processes offered to internal users (such as Incident management, Request management, and Change management) but also to external users through an integrated Support portal. The ServiceNow core team manages different instances of the tool to serve different needs in different areas across the world. The incumbent will administrate our US instance and support our US customers and ensure security restraints are adhered. The ServiceNow Admin & Developer is located in Texas or Remote within the US, will administrate our US instance and support our US customers and ensure security restraints are adhered.
