Job DescriptionThis position will be part of the Strategy and Operations team and is accountable for leading the onboarding experience. The Analytics & Behavior Change organization is rapidly growing and is seeking someone who has an outgoing personality and will own a high-touch Onboarding experience. This role will work on assignments requiring analytical and/or problem-solving capabilities, change agility and attention to detail.Position has the opportunity to work and collaborate with experienced data scientists and data engineers and learn more about the growing data science industry. Become a key part of CVS's journey in changing healthcare and become a key contributor to the success of the Analytics and Behavior Change organization. This role will report into the Sr Director of Operations.Fundamental Components: Project management skills and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, collaborative, problem-solving mindset Possess both technical and business-related understanding of the onboarding process, new hire protocols, related systems, and organizational understanding in order to be successful Responsible for all onboarding logistics, reporting and tracking Respond/coordinate new hire pre-start inquires in an accurate and timely manner; Consult with recruiting teams, immigration team and other groups as necessary to ensure success Partner with managers and employees and act as SME for the overall onboarding process Manage consistent communication plans to ensure all parties are informed of status and next steps Manage all post start issues championing them through all the appropriate channels to ensure resolution Own, develop and improve the overall onboarding experience through new ideas, enhanced processes, procedures, and tools Collect ongoing onboarding feedback and incorporate into the overall process Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications 1+ years of experience in consulting, project management or operational experience. 1+ years experience in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on ExcelCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
