The Sr. Manager, Compensation supports all aspects of the company''s US and international compensation programs, including salary and bonus structures, executive compensation, and equity programs. Responsibilities:Oversees the planning, development, implementation, and administration of the company''s compensation programs.Leads the market pricing compensation strategy by participating in market and salary surveys to ensure compensation programs are competitive. Analyzes results of surveys and develops specific recommendations for leadership review.Leads the annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, equity)Leads the company''s compensation risk assessment and pay equity survey on an alternating annual basis.Performs job evaluations to determine market survey matches, pay grade level and appropriate compensation for new or modified jobs.Performs analysis, maintains data and makes recommendations for compensation plan integration for mergers and acquisitions.Supports quarterly preparation and review of Board materialsSupports executive compensation plan and designEnsures compliance with all labor and wage and hour laws, and stays current on regulatory changes.Partners with internal and external vendors to ensure appropriate compliance reviewing and enhancing processes as needed.Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revisions and new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.Qualifications and Skills Required:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience5+ years proven work experience within the Compensation fieldDemonstrated history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leadersHighly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Workday preferred Horizon Core Values & Competencies: Growth Manages Ambiguity Strategic Mindset Demonstrates Self-awareness Cultivates Innovation Develops Talent Accountability Drives Results Ensures Accountability Decision Quality Transparency Courage Collaboration Instills Trust Horizon requires all U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated, as a condition of employment, with either Pfizer (fully approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration), Moderna or Johnson & Johnson (currently granted emergency-use authorization by the FDA).
