Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile systems analyst who is energetic, brings fresh and creative perspective with constant collaboration and out of the box thinking. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, independent, flexible, comfortable working in an agile and iterative delivery environment, and has a customer centric mind set! Our Impact: Our organization provides software delivery support for the Freddie Mac Single-Family line of business. Specifically, we support our Securitization Operations partners and collaborate with them to understand customer needs, prioritize and scope releases, and design quality solutions that are simple, connected, and clear! Your Impact: As a Systems Analyst, you will: Work with product owner and the team to scope & plan changes Facilitate requirements capturing and user story grooming sessions with partners and document user-stories with clear acceptance criteria Help prioritize and plan the upcoming sprints Partner with your Development Teams and Business partners to find innovative solutions Work with teammates to clarify the requirements and scope and test developed solutions to ensure the accurate business outcome Work with other interface teams including the data model, architecture, support teams and be a crucial liaison in iteratively developing and maturing the securitization platform Qualifications: 3+ years of related experience College degree or work equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills Experience in business, system, data analysis is preferred Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience is preferred Agile development experience is preferred Experience with JIRA, Microsoft technologies is a plus Keys to Success in this Role: Ability to collaborate within the core team as well as with partner teams Good communication skills and curiosity mind set Ability to use data to help inform strategy and direction Intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility Data mining skills Thought leadership Current Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site.
