Bennett Aerospace is a rapidly growing business focused on hiring and retaining the best people.Job Description:Bennett Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Information Systems Auditor. The successful candidate will provide Information Technology (IT) to support the Southeast Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC), with the primary location at Joint Base Charleston, SC for Army Strategic Logistics Activity from 0630 1700, Monday through Thursday. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive, integrated, end-to-end IT services, such as Network Administration, Systems Administration, Systems Integration and Testing, Configuration Management, Infrastructure Management, End-User Support and Training, Hardware/Software Fielding, Quality Control, Information and Network Security Services. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities and Duties: Perform remote and touch labor support to Windows operating systems, hardware and peripheral support; to include initial configuration. Replace failed hardware using warranty support services provided by the vendor. Deploy pre-configured system images to new hardware. Use installation trouble ticketing system (Remedy); or facility provided equivalent. Perform malware detection, elimination, prevention, and reporting using approved tools and resources. Recognize a potential security violation, take appropriate action to report the incident as required by regulation, and mitigate any adverse impact. Set up new users, including both account configuration and initial training and orientation, and account creation when necessary. Implement and monitor IA safeguards for system(s) in accordance with implementation plans and standard operating procedures. Comply with system termination procedures and incident reporting requirements related to potential security incidents or actual breaches at a desktop level. Implement applicable patches including information assurance IA vulnerability alerts (IAVA). Maintain documents and processes for hardware lifecycle replacement. Manages users ADLS accounts regarding IAA Cyber Awareness Training. Data Management skills as well as strong knowledgeable background of PowerShell commands.QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma. 3+ years'' of experience with helpdesk, hardware/software support, and/or general IT support. Experience with STIGS and using STIG Viewer. General network knowledge (TCPIP, DHCP, DNS, etc.). General Computer Hardware RepairTroubleshooting. General Active Directory knowledge (creating and managing user and computer accounts). Microsoft Office SuiteSoftware (ExcelOutlookTeamsPower Point etc.) Other Helpful Experience: Networking (Fiber, CAT56 cabling, troubleshooting) Video Teleconferencing (VTC) HBSSAESS ACASTenable.sc PowershellScripting Printers and Multi Function DevicesCertification Requirements: COMPTIA Security+ CE is required. Windows 10 or Server 2016 or higher certification is desired. Note: Candidate must complete a ''Computing Environment'' (CE) certification within 6 months of hire date. In addition to one of the aforementioned certifications, there are others that may also qualify on a case-by-case basis.Skills and Abilities: Must be able to certify DoD 8570.01-M Computing Environment (CE) for Windows10. Must have Security+ CE. Must have a current, active Secret clearance or ability to obtain security clearance. Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and technical writing skills to provide exceptional customer service. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.Security Requirements:Clearance Level Required: Secret Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance if required.
