Legal Assistant/Paralegal Opportunities

Must be tech savvy with proficient data entry, Typing 65 wpm+, 3+ years in a legal firm or Paralegal Studies Certificate or Associates in Paralegal Studies (not Criminal Justice). The right candidate will arrive to work before work hours start, dress professionally and represent themselves in a courteous and inviting way-DAILY. This position is ideal for a someone seeking an entry level position to gain experience utilizing their Paralegal Certification. $17+ DOE hour Mon to Fri 8 to 5 work hours. Skills/Responsibilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. You may be called on to represent the company in various correspondence and email capacities. Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person are the key to success in this role. Successful candidates will greet all customers in a way that represents the company in the best possible light and provides a welcoming environment as they enter the office. You must be comfortable initiating conversation with people of diverse ages and backgrounds. Basic office/clerical tasks including filing, data entry and use of office equipment such as fax machine/copier/printer. Education/Qualifications High school diploma required, Associate•s Degree in Legal Studies or higher preferred or Paralegal Certification. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus.
