In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.Position Description:Johnson & Johnson is undertaking a major strategic transformation of the cybersecurity program as part of the separation of our Consumer Health business into an independent, market-leading consumer products company. This role will be within our Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) organization, working at the intersection of business strategy, threat emulation and defense, security analytics, and policy. It could be office-based or remote in the US with a capability to overlap at least 5 hours into Raritan, NJ business day.As Director of Defensive Analytics Products, you will set the vision and strategy while overseeing the execution of a suite of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI products. Through delivering security risk insights and enabling intelligent automation you will be accountable for continuously improving effectiveness, efficiency, and user experience across all facets of the cybersecurity program. The role will also own and manage the enterprise Insider Threat Management product, heavily leveraging data and analytics to protect the Company, its stakeholders, and data at scale while complying with local privacy and other regulatory requirements.The role requires experience in data science concepts, analytics tools, good data visualization practices, and a broad general understanding of cybersecurity data sources, risks, and threats.Responsibilities:* Vision, strategy, and roadmaps and execution for Security Data Science, Analytics, and the Insider Threat Management program* Leverage data science, ML and AI to better identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from attacks on information systems* Lead the strategy and execution of security-focused ML/AI products designed to improve decision-making and enable intelligent automation, and insights into threats and risks across enterprise IT, Operational Technology, and supplier risk domains* Lead recruitment, development, and management of a team of professionals, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusivity, fostering collaboration, performance management, training, accountability of metrics, and compliance with all policies and procedures* Improve strategies for the delivery of Risk Management products to customers and partners across Enterprise IT, Operational Technology, and Business groups* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic external partners* Partner with Security and Enterprise Architects to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and further opportunities to leverage other sources of IT and business data in our Defensive Security Analytics product group* Actively engage with and shape industry trends in cybersecurity capabilities and best practices* Deliver high-quality work outcomes and customer service in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting to meet company needsQualificationsRequired:* A Bachelor''s degree* At least 10 years of broad IT experience* At least 5 years of security risk management experience* At least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics and data science experience* At least 5 years in a managerial capacity* Broad-based understanding of the current threat landscape and trends* Broad-based understanding of securing and defending enterprise IT and Operational Technologies* Outstanding people management and employee relations skills* Proven track record of innovation and continuous improvement* Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize in parallel* Expert at working with virtual, and diverse global teams of varied backgrounds and cultural experiences* Experienced in leading, guiding, and influencing larger-sized teams and projects without supervisory responsibility* Exercises independent judgment, strong decision making, and problem-solving for key processes* Experience working with data visualization applications (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)* Creative mind, high degree of intellectual curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit needed to spot new opportunities to leverage data and automation* Strong leadership presence, influencing, collaboration, communication information-sharing, and organizational skills* Experience working in an outcomes-focused Product (vs Project Management) delivery mindset, Lean concepts, and experience with Agile software development approachesPreferred:* Experience working in Consumer Products* Experience working with sources of security data and telemetry* Experience within regulated environments (GxP, SOx)At Johnson & Johnson, we''re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
