We value our employees and invest in their success.We offer: Competitive Pay!Medical and Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid VacationOne Saturday per monthWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 6:00pmOpportunities for career advancement!A positive, professional work environmentResponsibilities - Body Shop Estimator:Greet customers and quickly assess their needs, understanding the difficulty of their situation.Work with customer and Body Shop Technicians to identify required repair work.Offer additional services and repairs to pute the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer.Dispatch and maintain an organized workload.Enter itemized estimate on the repair order and explain the estimate to the customer.Keep customers informed and updated throughout the repair process.Maintain Customer Satisfaction score at, or above designated standards.Meet dealership''s standards for repair/order production.Requirements - Body Shop Estimator:Experience as an Automotive Body Shop Estimator is requiredAutomotive dealership experience is preferredGood communication and customer service skillsOrganized with good problem-solving skillsStrong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) resultsProfessional appearance and a positive attitudeValid driver''s licenseMust be authorized to work in the U.S. and be a current residentResume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.We are an equal opportunity employer.
