You will be supporting a talented team who work directly with digital publishers and assist in their ongoing digital evolutions. Accountabilities Include:• Leading, coaching, motivating and supporting our growing RevOps team.• Pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting and communicating quarterly progress to our C-Suite. • Playing an active role in the selling process and helping close new opportunities.• Developing long-term client relationships to aid in both retention and growth.• Ongoing interdepartmental collaboration with our marketing, product and dev teams.• Providing tip of the spear insights to our executive leadership team that validate both new product creation and new market entry.• Partner with our business development team to drive new demand and lead generation. More About You:• Proven background working in fast-paced SaaS startup environments.• Experience in building revenue predictability through process, automation and clearly defined accountability. • Proficient in content management systems, content distribution, programmatic advertising, and digital media.• Understand the digital publishing space with a keen eye for growth opportunities.• Unique ability to turn strategic vision into actionable steps which fuel organizational growth. • Kind, resourceful and empathetic leader.
