MOPAC-DIESEL MECHANIC

MOPAC: FLEET SERVICE MECHANIC Job Title: Fleet Service Mechanic Status: ADuties include but not limited to:Perform preventative maintenance & light to medium diagnostics & repairs on all vehicles & vehicle attachments including but not limited to heavy, medium & light duty vehicles, gasoline & diesel powered vehicles, tractor trailers, cars & pickup trucks, forklifts, farm equipment etc. Repairs & diagnostics can include but are not limited to brake work, repairing lights, air & hydraulic systems, exhaust systems, battery & charging systems, engine cooling systems, suspension work, drive train & chassis, automatic & manual transmissions,engines & engine accessories, computer /sensor diagnostics, fabrication & welding work, trailer repair, cab air conditioning repair, transport refrigeration repair & tire repairs.Qualifications:Valid state issued drivers license mandatoryMinimum of 3 years experience as an automotive mechanicClass A commercial drivers license (tanker endorsement a plus)Class 7 Pennsylvania state inspection licenseSection 609 refrigeration license a plusMust read, write & communicate in EnglishEquipmentEmployee must provide own Tool box + tools (1/2 drive & below) Company will supply larger & specialized toolingEnvironment:Uncontrolled temperatures (hot/cold) inside and outside facility.Position requires heavy lifting.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled EOE/Vets/Disability
