Come work with the best!The Navy Surface Warfare Analysis Group supports the Surface community and components of the United States Navy providing program management, requirements management, force development, and readiness support in Washington DC and the Fleet concentration areas.SPA has an immediate need for a Security Cooperation Policy Analyst. CJ IN123Responsibilities:You will immediately contribute to these areas: 1) Supporting the advancement of Navy doctrine, strategy, and international policy to address Service-level challenges, 2) Delivering research and analysis of Security Cooperation (SC)-related activities across multiple areas (national, Department of Defense (DoD), Joint, Interagency and the US Navy), 3) Generating Navy Security Cooperation policy recommendations based on a broad understanding of its ramifications to the Navy''s policy, planning proposals, and interests, and 4) Communicating complex policy matters to leadership via briefs, presentations, information memorandums and informal correspondence.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university in the field of political science, international affairs, military science, business, public administration or a related fieldTen (10) or more years of experience in analytics, program support and DoD program analysis activities which includes experience in PPBE, Program management, Operations analysis, and Navy, OSD or the Joint Staff direct supportProficiency with the MS Office Suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)TS/SCI clearance is required, and the ability to maintain it throughout employmentDesired Qualifications:Master''s degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certification
