Some of what the engineers do at Rampart will be to...Design, implement, test, maintain, and document the upper phy- and link-layer protocols for new communications networks and systems.Work with hardware development and research teams to optimize and tailor protocol designs for real-world constraints, application needs, and performance. Develop testing, simulation, and verification tools to validate system performance.Write high quality structured bare metal and Linux-based software for embedded processors (e.g. ARM, PowerPC, x86)Participate in architecture, design and code reviews and provide peer feedbackAre We a Match?We''re hiring for a broad range of roles and skills within the organization.
