Kalera''s plants grow while consuming 95% less water compared to field farming.ERP Systems SpecialistJob Description & Responsibilities:ERP Systems Development Function:* Assist with the configuration and customization of the company''s ERP system in order to implement the company''s business processes and workflows* Capture requirements and develop user input and user-generated data import automation scripts and user interfaces* Develop ERP system extensions to implement business and manufacturing process automation* Create and maintain standardized templates for ERP system extensions* Develop and implement reporting system to facilitate decision making* Train employees and write manuals on using productivity tools developed for them* Support the capturing and documenting the company''s business processes and workflows* Assist with data input, import, and export* Optimize the ERP system to meet the company''s Operations and Production needsRequirements:* Bachelor''s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred* At least 2 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry preferred* Ability to work with cross departmental and international teams* Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or other versions of the MS Dynamics ERP* A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous* In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes* Great organizational and project management skills* Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Experienced with SQL, AL code, PowerBI and ETL preferred* 25% travel may be required
