Requirements Self-motivated driven positive attitude individual with a burning desire to succeed Willing to grow with the company. Must be well-organized, tenacious and have the drive to never give up - this means failure or quitting is not in your vocabulary. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Most of all, you need to take your career seriously and take pride in what you do. College or Associates degree preferred Responsibilities: Responsible for handling IT and non-IT client requisitions. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: source, qualify, interview, offer, negotiate and close positions. Source from job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and other social media channels. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & Contract to Hire positions. Identify and interview candidates to gain an understanding of their skill set and career goals Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, follow up after meetings Negotiate contracts, offers, and manage all facets of placement process Build and manage a pipeline of IT positions and candidates. Overall, responsible for achieving good conversion of requisitions to submissions - submissions to interviews interviews to placements. - provided by Dice
