CommonSpirit Health is committed to creating healthier communities, delivering exceptional patient care, and ensuring every person has access to quality health care.*Responsibilities** Assist in managing daily clinical and administrative support staff services assigned by clinic manager.* Manage clinic inventory and organization of supplies and sample medications. * Manage staff schedules and adjust according to meet productivity needs.* Assist in managing to assure all practices are in accordance to all state and rural health protocols. * Assist in managing and implementing all laboratory operations, resulting and reporting, within the assigned clinic reporting to the clinic manager.* Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities. * Assist in managing the resolution and implementation of decisions/improvements as requested by management or in conjunction with clinic manager.* Attend and direct daily huddles and metrics as well as assuring attendance.* Manage the provision of quality patient care given at the assigned clinic; including maintaining the quality and adequacy of nursing practice in conjunction with the clinic manager.* Administer medications, IV therapy, blood draws and laboratory testing and resulting.* Awareness of culture shifts and behaviors, addressing concerns immediately. Report to Clinic Manager. *Qualifications**Required Education for Staff Job Levels** Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing program required.*Required Minimum Experience* *Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** Current/valid Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse from the state licensing board required.*PREFERRED Education and/or Experience** 3 - 5 years of practical nursing experience in clinic or acute hospital setting required.* 2 years supervisory-level experience required. * Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS)Requirements:CommonSpirit
