We are hiring Family Nurse Practitioners to help us improve the health, education, and wellness of our urban youth.Qualifications:Family Nurse Practitioner certification, licensed in Rhode IslandMinimum 2+ years of FNP primary care experienceDesire to care for students and their families in a school-based clinicInterest in working the school calendar year and school hours Serving as an extension of student''s primary care team and working in the Providence schools, our FNPs support students, school staff and student''s families with physicals, managing chronic conditions, injuries and other primary care needs. Each FNP in our school-based clinics collaborate with a behavioral health clinician, LPN and RN. Currently, the PCHC Smart team serves one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school in the city of Providence.
