Demand Generation Manager (Open to Remote)Job Summary:In this new role to IGS Energy, you will develop and own growth marketing campaigns, and lead integrated campaign development from strategy and messaging, to concept, to optimization and scaling. You''ll be accountable for supporting revenue targets with alignment and buy in from sales towards common goals. You will be responsible for understanding the business strategy across each product line, but also be tasked with bringing together a cross functional marketing team to develop an omni-channel approach to execution.This role requires a unique blend of strategic and executional skills, fueled by a deep analytic and metrics driven approach to marketing optimization. You will partner with brand, marketing communications, content, digital, and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive demand for IGS Energy''s suite of offerings. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation & Direct Marketing.Primary Responsibilities: Accelerating growth in key geographies and products through strong outcomes-based alignment on objectives and deep collaboration with sales and product leadersDefine campaign target audience, collaborating with sales and optimization (data) teams to align on audience size, characteristics and lists (if needed) for nurturingDefine the scale and scope of campaigns to be launched - aligning towards a pilot first and grow mentality - matching the program complexity to the maturity of the demand generation programEstablish and drive a practice around testing and experimentation within a campaignBuild the process for and own the development of comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition in market segments.Helping build the company''s demand generation practice, developing campaigns and working with cross functional teams to optimize and scale towards revenue-based results.Own reporting on campaign-by-campaign success to marketing and to your business partners representing each product lineCore Skills:Digital advertisingCRMMarketing automation platformsSaaS/Service Marketing/Sales Revenue & Pipeline metricsCampaign sizing/scopingOptimizationService level agreements w/Sales partnersBudget management/Metrics reportingExperience: 3+ years demand generation experience, SaaS demand gen experience required7+ years marketing experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, and/or product marketing preferredDemonstrated experience working collaboratively to generate integrated campaigns with a cross functional team of sales and marketersExperience working in variety of digital advertising and CRM toolsExperience establishing a demand generation and integrated marketing practices where they have no existed prior, preferredAt this time, IGS Energy is hiring people in the following states:Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington (State), West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.If your state is not listed, but you are imminently moving to a state where we are hiring, please apply.
