Job Description DOCUMENT PREPARATION CLERK (Part Time/Temporary) Business Office Finance & Accounting Pay Rate $15.00/hr + $4.54/hr in lieu of benefits ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for scanning accounting related documents and filing the scanned documents per established procedures. Position is temporary not to exceed 29 hours per week for a period of 30-days. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be a detail-oriented person who exercises attention to details and pays close attention to the ''little things.'' Job Requirements GENERAL DUTIES: The Document Preparation Clerk works under the supervision of the Finance and Accounting Manager, and will be responsible for scanning and filing accounting documents. OTHER DUTIES: May be required to perform housekeeping duties to assigned work area and other tasks as assigned by supervisor. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Supports E-OMS operational objectives; observes company Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security and Administrative policies; supports Process Improvement. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work activities are normally performed in an environmentally controlled area. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position will be subject to substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; and requires occasional lifting or moving of heavy objects or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
