The opportunityWe are seeking a Full Stack developer that can work with internal stakeholders, product managers and designers to build the best in class conversational bot platform. Someone who wants to build a world-class product that makes Simplr stand out. From planning to design, testing, and rollout, you''ll use your software development skills and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams across the company.Join us and you''ll be part of a team who loves trying out new ideas, creating impactful solutions, thinking big, and thrives on being at the intersection of AI and customer service.What you''ll be doingLay the groundwork for our ambitious conversational bot product line and help design the platform architecture in collaboration with the teamImplement and own the chat bots platform from widgets to backend services.Provide expertise from past experiences to help level up our current development practices.Review code, provide insightful feedback and elevate Simplr development teamExercise ethical decision-makingBe the voice in the room that always puts the user first.What to bringAbility to write great codeComfortable with front end and back end technologies (MERN stack preferred)Experience with text-based conversational chatbot developmentExpert level understanding of web technologies.A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms and object-oriented design practicesStrong understanding of non-relational databases such as MongoDB and in-memory stores such as RedisGreat sense of ownershipRespect for all people, an open mind, and an open heart.
