Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX® brand for the DIY and lumber yard markets, and the TRUFAST® brand serving commercial roofing and the exterior building envelopes. We are looking for the Vice-President, Marketing role to develop and guide marketing strategies that supports the overall goals of the company, be responsible for shaping and enhancing our brand stories across all our markets, creating robust digital platforms, and provide leadership to the marketing team. This person must have the drive and ability to invest in thoughtful, creative, and innovative marketing initiatives that build brand equity and deliver on the overall strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive marketing strategies which supports the successful execution of the business strategy.Provide active leadership to build, develop, and lead a marketing team capable of executing the overall strategy and plan to improve all aspects of marketing across all brands.Build a robust digital marketing strategy that supports the strategy of Altenloh, Brinck & Co US, SPAX and Trufast.Develop, in conjunction with our German colleagues, a strategy to drive brand positioning, increase brand awareness and strengthens customer retention.Actively oversee and evaluate market research and industry trends to execute effective marketing campaigns that meet market dynamics and competitive conditions while communicating industry trends and related potential business threats and opportunities to the leadership team.Collaborate with key strategic partners and sales teams to promote successful product launches and highly focused selling efforts.Develop an annual marketing plan with the appropriate strategies, budgets, resources, and metrics necessary to achieve the Company''s overall strategic initiatives and financial goals.Manage a creative team and agencies responsible for asset and content development, experiential marketing, media planning and data analytics.Collaborate with key strategic partners and sales teams to promote successful product launches and highly focused selling efforts.Define measurements of marketing effectiveness and communicate these regularly with the sales and leadership teams.Qualifications10+ years of business-to-business marketing experience required.5+ years of progressive leadership experience.Building distribution and/or home improvement retail channel preferred.Education:Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration (Marketing or Communications).Required Skills/Competencies:Communication and embodiment of the Company''s Core ValuesDemonstrates excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilitiesExhibits professional conduct with the utmost integrity and business ethicsSelf-directed with excellent time management skillsGood project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects effectivelyExcellent computer skills and proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs, as well as Adobe and PhotoshopPhysical Requirements:Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
