Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations

The Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations will craft and oversee operations and programming for ISS Guckenheimer in San Francisco and Redwood City. The SF campus consists of 12 buildings with 14 Cafes (restaurants), 84 MKs (Food spots), 11 Barista driven Coffee bars and $2.6M worth of catering. The VP will oversee all operations including front of house, culinary, and catering, in addition to marketing, procurement, engagement, enablement, and talent management. This position is strategic in future campus planning, and tactical in oversight of daily operations and projects from inception to completion. The Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations must be an inspiring and motivating leader capable of leading teams across multiple disciplines. An entrepreneurial mind is key in bringing all the disciplines to new heights.
