job summary:Randstad Technologies has an immediate need with our longstanding end customer, a leading Manufacturing compiany with offices in Richardson, TX. 6 month initial duration with potential to extend. Must work onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) in Richardson. Fine with 2 days WFH per week (Monday & Friday). Required Skills:8+ years of experience in the eCommerce space gathering requirements, including configuring and customizing an eCommerce system.Expert level eCommerce functional/design skills 2+ years of SAP Hybris functional/design experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSome SQL experienceSome Agile experience Preferred Skills:Local to DFW (otherwise will have to relo here on their own)Manufacturing industry experienceBack Office and/or HAC experienceHVAC industry experience Responsibilities: The role works cross-functionally with the manager, members of IT, Digital. eCommerce & Marketing business teams to create a culture of high-quality execution. This role will serve as the senior technical resource and business partner for the hybris B2B and B2C eCommerce portal effort and its implementation and enhancement to ensure that the company is properly positioned for future growth.Work with business team to understand the business requirements and map them into hybris functionalities that will serve as user stories or use cases for technical teamsLead complex business requirement discussions. Gather, evaluate and document business needs and requirements and translate these into functional specifications and/or user stories.Participate in design discussions of issues, enhancements, and projects, providing technical expertise of the hybris eCommerce platform.Experience communicating complex eCommerce constraints and opportunities to non-technical decision-makers.Provide demos when needed.Recommend approaches to increase revenues and profits for the business by implementing eCommerce / multichannel initiatives, both at strategic and tactical levels.Design user interaction models, workflows, and user municate conceptual ideas.Provide in-depth knowledge of the hybris platform and related products.Stay up to date with best practices and innovation initiatives in the eCommerce environment.Manage work relations and deliverables with 3rd party eCommerce partners and internal IT.Maintain strong business user relationships while prioritizing issues with enhancements and providing honest feedback on deliverable dates.Ensure all systems are aligned with the IT long-term strategy.Develop project plans for the eCommerce program and site enhancements.Supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing.Coordination and communication of application tasks within the cross-functional IT organization.Identify and track issue logs, risks, and project milestones.Establish timely communication meetings and updates to the cross-functional team on the eCommerce Technology project.Escalate to management any risks to project plans and/or major milestones in a timely fashion to avoid adverse effects on the budget, delivery, or implementation timelines. Prioritization of priorities while managing several overlapping projects and enhancements while needing to support multiple platforms.
