SEO Manager - FTC 6 Months

Job purpose: Innovate and help drive all SEO activity for the region(s)/project(s) you will be contributing to with the goal of improving key metrics and deliver outstanding ROI.General DutiesOwn each assigned SEO task from inception to reporting of results.Managing, training and supporting team members.Optimize all facets of SEO as needed for your region(s) to drive maximum organic growth.Be a technical SEO evangelist by directing and managing necessary on-site audits and implementations to ensure SEO best practices are followed and adhered to (e.g. CWV, structured data, etc.).Proactively keep on top of industry news, search engine updates and industry trends.Share useful insights with the team to ensure the company is at the forefront of SEO innovation.Report to senior stakeholders to highlight return on investment and progress achieved on KPIs.Leverage, create and contribute to content strategies to maximize SEO growth.Help internal teams to better understand search engines and help them drive organic growth.Working closely with a variety of internal/external teams as well as regional offices to identify commercial SEO growth areas and to ensure SEO is prioritized.Be a SEO evangelist within the company by showing how SEO can improve overall conversions.Work with the Head of SEO and other team members to define the regional strategy and deliver outstanding ROI.Undertaking backling audits & collaborating toward/managing white-hat link building campaigns.Knowledge and ExperienceInternational SEO e xperience - working on global domain(s) with multiple websites for different regions/languages.Good experience working with industry tools: GA, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc..Very good knowledge around ranking signals.Good technical SEO knowledge.Good overall understanding of how content impacts SEO efforts and how to optimize it.Experience of trading and financial products would be an advantage.Experience working in a regulated financial company would be an advantage.Qualification and SkillsROI orientated approach to task prioritization.Good understanding of reporting and web analytics.Attention to detail.StoneX (formerly known as INTL FCStone) is an institutional-grade financial services network that connects companies, organizations and investors to the global markets ecosystem through a unique blend of digital platforms, end-to-end clearing and execution services, high-touch service and deep expertise.
