Production Associate

Production Associate FULL-TIME $18.50/hr Duties include:- Upholding BCI Wooster''s superior safety, quality, and performance standards- Practicing all safety rules and regulations- Maintaining work area in a neat and orderly condition- Upholding all ISO policies and procedures in accordance with our Quality Policy- Working from written instructions, diagrams, and production cards- Feed converting machines with raw materials- Recording productions statistics within our ERP system REM-03 WS-03 Schedule Shift start: 7:00AM or 9:00PM Shift length: 10 hours Monday - Friday Benefits Health, dental insurance - available after 90 days Paid time off 401(k) plan Qualifications Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) Must pass background check Can lift 50 lbs Must be at least 18+ years old Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
