Molding Technician Night Shift

Molding Technician Night Shift FULL-TIME $28.50/hr Responsibilities: • Diagnosing and resolves processing related problems on molding cells.• Determining and implementing corrective actions and evaluates effectiveness as appropriate.• Warranting the best compliance at all times for all molding processes to their established standard across the factory (in terms of cycle time, quality, safety for both employees and machines, and sustainability).• Monitoring machine/process operations and documentation to ensure quality standards are maintained.• Following data and processing documentation.• Utilizing analytical and Scientific Injection Molding troubleshooting techniques for achieving continuous improvement.• Providing continuous floor support by working with support departments- maintenance, tool room, automation, engineering.• Communicating and following planned and unplanned activities in conjunction with the process manager and department production monitoring system (Barco).• Communicating with prior and oncoming shift personnel regarding daily issues encountered.• Investigating scrap reduction techniques within work cell and improving part capture.• Working with Shift Leader and Continuous Improvement & Process Manager, brainstorming continuous improvement ideas to maximize productivity and efficiencies.''• Supporting and maintaining all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.
