Junior Business Consultant with Security Clearance

Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Junior Business Consultant to support a contract that provides acquisition and sustainment capabilities, systems, products, and services to protect vital information for the nation . What you will do * Advise and assist the government in planning acquisition activities by following DoD/IC acquisition policies, processes and practices * Create and document program acquisition and contract strategies by formulating requirements documents, contract requirements, program plans, program schedules, work packages, risk assessment plans, decision papers, and other documentation needed to manage an acquisition program. * Analyze current program/project development and management processes and products, collect and report performance metrics, and recommend improvements * Assist in budget creation financial management activities through maintenance of spend plans, processing requisitions, creating acquisition package documentation such as SOW and procurement documents, and assist with creation and modification of TTOs. * Advise and assist with overall planning, coordination, and execution activities including creating program plans, program budgets, and program schedules. * Assist the government in administering contracts by drafting TTOs, Award Fee Plans, and CDRLs. What you need to have * Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS with Polygraph * Candidate should have a Bachelor''s degree with a business focus from an accredited institution . In lieu of a degree, additional experience may be substituted. * Familiarity with at least one of the following is required * Experience with FACTS, CMIS, and CD W financial management systems and interfaces * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables * Experience validating and completing Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) What we''d like you to have * Program Management Professional (PMP), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or DAWIA certification * Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years'' experience performing as a n acquisition, business financial, or contract maintenance professional .
