31307BRRequisition ID:31307BRBusiness Unit:TSUJob Description:This position would enable the successful candidate to manage projects involving engineering studies and designs in the areas of drinking water treatment, water reclamation and energy recovery facilities, water distribution and stormwater and sewer collection system pipelines and pump stations and many other water-related environmental infrastructure projects. The role would involve working on a collaborative team under limited supervision to solve exciting environmental infrastructure challenges.We are open to hybrid schedules for this position allowing work from home several days per week.Duties of this position could include, but not be limited to the following:Project DevelopmentMeet with clients to review their current and future needsLead the scope, schedule and budget development while collaborating with sales staff to create proposals; andAttend conferences, symposia, etc. to improve the visibility of the firm''s products and services in collaboration with applicable sales staff.Technical ProductionLead multi-discipline project teams to produce studies and/or design drawings and specifications for recommended infrastructure solutionsEvaluate progress and results obtained, track and report on progress and drive changes, as necessary, to achieve overall objectives; andQuality Analysis/Quality Control of key deliverables related to projects managed.Staff MentoringEngage in active mentoring relationship with more junior staffDevelop staff for future growth within the firm; andSupervise the work of other engineering disciplines as it related to your project work.Job Title:Project Manager IGroup:WSOEmployment Type:RegularMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree.4 years of related experience. PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list).Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
