PARKING CONTROL ATTENDANTS: Greet, park and direct guests in an efficient and safe manner while providing exemplary guest service.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Safely and professionally direct guests and ride app drivers to the correct areas from various positions. Manage traffic control, and redirect vehicles to park in the appropriate areas.Maintains safety standards to ensure team and guest safety.Provides information including parking locations and assists guests in a cheerful and helpful manner.Safely assists in set up of parking flow using cones, barricades and other equipment.Cleans and maintains show quality standards in garages and surrounding areas reporting any concerns with supporting details.Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.BUS LOOP ATTENDANTS: Manages traffic and directs guests in an efficient and safe manner while providing exemplary guest service.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides information including parking location information and assistance to guests in a cheerful and helpful manner. Safely and professionally directs guests into appropriate parking areas.Manages traffic patterns and respectfully enforcing parking control ordinances. Accurately and neatly compiles the appropriate documentation.Cleans and maintains show quality standards for department vehicles in the bus loop and the surrounding areas; reports any concerns with supporting details.Ensures the area is set up properly to maximize traffic flow and ensure the safety of all guests and Team Members.Dispatches loading and unloading guests into and onto resort vehicles in a cheerful and helpful manner. Maintains efficiency and order of queues.Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.TOLL PLAZA ATTENDANTS: Provides exemplary guest service to guests arriving at the Toll Plaza while processing transactions. Utilizes suggestive and persuasive upselling techniques while offering additional parking options.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Processes parking pass transactions using established computer system, or manual transactions.Practices proper cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy at cash.Provides assistance to guests in a cheerful and helpful manner in each interaction and provides appropriate parking and park information to guests by utilizing the Sales through Service process.Uses persuasive selling techniques to up-sell guest transactions; including Preferred Parking and/or Valet parking.Maintains a minimum average of upgraded parking sales while maintaining efficiency, as set by management.Cleans and maintains show quality standards in toll plazas and garages and surrounding areas reporting any concerns with supporting details.Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Positions in Parking and Transportation require:Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to lift and or move between 20 and 50 pounds.Working outdoors in all weather conditions.Maintaining a clean work environment with use of cleaning chemicals.Universal is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
