Position maintains GIS system, build/publish mapping tools, and support companywide GIS activities. Position may include, but is not limited to, data portal support, database research/reporting, territory maintenance, and general mapping requests. Position Responsibilities:Administer enterprise GIS platformDevelop tools to support corporate needsPlan and execute software upgradesBuild and maintain relationships with users, IT, and varied stakeholders Update and manage 3rd party datasets within platformAnalyze current business processes and recommend best-practice solutionsSupport mapping and data needs to various teamsExecute and fulfill operational and sales-related analytics and reportingComplete assigned research projectsPerform additional duties as assigned by the managerRequirements:Education & Experience:BS in Geography, IT, Geographic Information Systems, or business discipline or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of three years'' experience in a related fieldESRI with ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, Geodatabases experience required with a general knowledge of other core GIS principlesPreferred training or experience in ESRI ArcGIS applications, including desktop and server applicationsKnowledge of reporting, dashboards, and data modelingMicrosoft SQL Server knowledge preferredGear up for an exciting career!If a current Sunbelt Rentals employee has referred you for an employment opportunity please notify them that you are applying for this position.
