Job DescriptionThe Medicare Part D Finance Manager is a member of the Medicare Part D Finance team, and as such, fulfills the company purpose of helping the Medicare Part D beneficiaries on their path to better health by executing and performing the duties set forth below. As the Medicare Part D Finance Manager, you will have shared ownership and accountability over the Hospice/ESRD business, including the preparation and review of journal entries, and corporate financial reporting. This Manager position will also oversee 3 Analyst and is expected to partner with their team to fulfill these responsibilities. Additionally, the Manager shall be a mentor and a coach to ensure members of their team are continuously improving and put them in a position to fulfill career aspirations. Great communication skills are critical to this position as this Manager will need to be working with multiple teams to complete deliverables. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, responding to Audit inquiries for the Hospice and ESRD related tasks, producing monthly accounting support, reviewing and communicating Medicare Part D support information including applicable CMS guidance and policy documents. The Med D Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the Med D Sr. Finance Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of the Med D Finance/Accounting Team including:All aspects of A/R analysis and maintenanceCMS and other audits related inquiriesMedicare Part D Reserve calculationEnsure compliance with CMS and plan guidance and policiesResponsible for the monthly data reporting in relation to the A/R bad debt reserves, and collaborate with corporate finance in building support models. As part of the Medicare Part D Finance team, you will help to develop strong relationships with upstream data owners and downstream clients.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
