Job DescriptionAs a College Recruiter for Corporate University Relations, you will have the opportunity to execute recruiting strategies to drive diverse, high-potential hiring results for the Digital, IT, and Enterprise Analytics business areas. The contributions you make will have a significant impact on the future of the organization as you bring talent to support our purpose of "bringing our heart to every moment of your health"In this role, you will:- Represent CVS Health and our brand to candidates, colleges, and industry partners- Establish and cultivate CVS Health Brand as an employer of choice at select Texas universities, and proactively look for partnership opportunities- Host recruitment events in collaboration with hiring leaders and business representatives-Complete candidate screenings and deliver an interview slate of diverse, qualified candidates to hiring leaders - Provide a topnotch candidate experience through timely communication and prompt responses to questionsThis is a work from home position covering the Mid-Atlantic based in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 47,300Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
