Job DescriptionJoin Fortune 4 CVS Health as a Pharma Reporting Solutions Manager ensuring the support of post-production pharma reporting needs, issue resolution, and the implementation of pharmacy technology & process solutions. Key responsibilities of the position include: Analyze, interpret, understand, and/or triage complex data and reporting requests Suggest system and process enhancements to help improve data quality and reduce manual efforts needed to address data issues Act as designated point of contact for assigned external Pharma clients and their contracted third parties to address data questions and issues Support the Project Lead as required providing technical consultation and flexing in on projects as business lead based on project volume Conduct root cause analysis of reporting issues to suggest and implement short & long-term solutions Create and execute complex Sql queries of operational, inventory and reported data to assist in data analysis and issue resolution Recommend, design, develop and oversea execution of operational decision and infrastructure support tools including dashboards, reports, and templates Write up project request forms and ensure capital asks are made for long term reporting corrections and enhancements Partner and engage with internal and external stakeholders to obtain a true understanding of the data/reporting needs by using a consultative approach when providing recommendations and solutions to drive successful outcomes for the business User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution of contract reporting Other responsibilities that may arise related to servicing data requests for our Pharma clients and supporting the development of technical system & process solutions for the teamPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 4 plus years SQL experience or other relative programming experience 3 plus years experience working in a professional services environment with clients/stakeholders 3 plus years of Excel experience 2 plus years Healthcare experience 1 plus years of Visual Basic Excel macro creation experiencePreferred QualificationsStrong ability to problem solve, research and resolve patient status and data concernsStrong analytical & problem solving skillsStrong knowledge of SQL or other similar programming languageUser Acceptance TestingStrong knowledge of relational databasesAdvanced MS Access knowledgeAbility to effectively communicate orally and in writingAbility to influence and build effective working relationshipsStrong working knowledge of data reconciliation, reporting, and analysisIn depth knowledge of reporting requirements documentation (business requirements, functional requirements, solution requirements, etc.)EducationBachelors Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
