Job DescriptionThe Account Executive owns the relationship with the broker. The goal of this role is to build and maintain broker relationships for an exceptional experience for our clients. This is achieved through communicating and demonstrating Meritain's total cost of care, while being advocates for healthier living. Some responsibilities of the Account Manager Role:-Relationship Management-Prepare and issue renewal proposal-Confirm sold proposal & plan changes-Ensure Client is up to date on compliance requirements -Salesforce management-Virtual Open Enrollment meetings-Attend implementation calls-Stop loss & Ad-Hoc ReportingPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 48,300Maximum: 99,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-Minimum of 2 years of health insurance industry experience-Health/Life Major Lines Producer License (can obtain post-hire)-Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills -Understand competitive environment and market opportunities-Ability to successfully establish and maintain relationships with appropriate internal partners (underwriting, sales, operations, business analytics, etc.)-Ability to work collaboratively across business functions to ensure customer needs are met-Exhibit consistency in follow through on outstanding items to point of resolution-Demonstrate accuracy in information shared internally and externally-Ability to participate and/or successfully host client meetings as appropriate-Demonstrate adherence to PHI and HIPAA policiesPreferred Qualifications-3-5 Years Similar Role Specific Experience-Group Health insurance experience-Prior Account Manager/Account Executive experience-Point Solution/Vendor KnowledgeEducationHigh School Diploma and 3-5 years of equivalent work related experience or Bachelors DegreeBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
