What do you need to start? To be hired as a laborer, prior construction experience is preferred. We are looking for individuals with the following characteristics:Trustworthiness Respectful Dependable Willing to learn and progress Team-Players What will you be expected to do? Below is a list of tasks that give a general overview of the activities you may find yourself doing throughout your day.Typically you will work Monday thru Saturday, 10 hours per day Aiding Welders with Fabrication Assisting Equipment Operators with Damage Prevention (Spotting) Shoveling and Operating Other Small Tools Loading and Unloading Equipment or Materials Sandblasting and Applying Pipeline Coating Bolting Up Valves and Flanges Labor Intensive Tasks - It is Essential that You Be Able to Lift A Minimum of 50lbs Repeatedly Implementing and Maintaining Safety Equipment such as Safety Fence Assisting with Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep.This Job Is for individuals who would like to learn the industry People who value honesty & integrity and would like to work with like-minded people Open to applicants who do not have a college diplomaJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 - 60 per week Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed ***This is a DOT regulated industry which requires that all employees be able to pass a drug test prior to beginning work as well as random drug tests.
