Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivatedLitigation Attorneyto join our dynamic legal team. This role involves handling a full litigation caseload from filing to resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to achieving outstanding results for clients. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and litigate a personal injury caseload from inception to trial or settlement Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and the court Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants as needed Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar (or ability to waive in) Minimum of 25 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred but not required) Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Strong negotiation skills and trial experience a plus Ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision Compensation & BenefitsSalary:Competitivebased on experiencePerformance bonuses Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer match Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional development and growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insuranceAbility to Commute: Tempe, AZ 85288 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Tempe, AZ 85288: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person by Jobble
