Project Executive - HVAC, Mechanical

If you are an experienced Project Executive in the Mechanical/HVAC industry, please read on! We are seeking a Project Executive to join our team in the Bay Area. Our clients include the largest general contractors, developers, and property managers in the Bay Area. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Mechanical PM experience and overseeing commercial projects up to $25M.What You Will Be Doing: Manage all aspects of HVAC projects from planning to completion.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress.Supervise project teams and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.Manage project budgets and ensure that all costs are accounted for.Ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.What You Need for this Position: Bachelors degree (preferred) 10+ years HVAC PM experience Experience managing projects ranging from $50k-$25MExperience with commercial HVAC projects (data centers, OSHPD/healthcare, upper education, retail, industrial) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously BenefitsSalary: $140-200k MedicalDentalVision401k PTO Holidays Continuous education
