**Description:** Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire in Orlando, Florida is seeking an Automated Test Engineer/. Our team is responsible for providing calibrated and validated test stations to support all stages of development, integration and testing of major subsystems and systems/. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Automated Test Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Supporting the operation, calibration, and maintenance of test stations used for the production units/. - Oversight of system/-level test activities including supporting root cause failure analysis if the tested production unit fails/. Upon determination of the root cause, the Engineer would then recommend and implement corrective actions on the test station as required or in the case of a production unit failure, provide recommendations to manufacturing engineering/. - Assisting in the development of estimates for new proposals, generating Capital Expenditure Requests and upgrading existing test equipment hardware or software when requirement changes warrant it/. **Up to 25% Domestic Travel is required/.** **Why Join Us** We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Test Engineer to join our team/. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance/. **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math /(STEM/) or equivalent professional experience - Minimum of 5 years testing and debugging Automated Test Equipment or with hardware design and troubleshooting - Basic understanding of mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, interfaces, cables and general test equipment /(power supplies, power meters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and function generators/) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office/. **Desired Skills:** - Experience LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C/+/+, or equivalent scripting languages - Experience with LabView Hardware Abstraction Layer /(HAL/), and developing test software for ATE /(Automated Test Equipment/) /. - Experience with testing and debugging with C/C/+/+ and Object Oriented programing languages/. - Experience in leading projects and technical meetings supporting Production, Sustainment or Development programs/. - Experience in performance as a Control Account Manager /(CAM/)/. - Experience in developing Basic of Estimate /(BoE/) for new programs/. **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration/. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match/.
