Our 254-bed full-service facility offers emergency care, a primary stroke center, orthopedics and the only licensed obstetric and pediatric units in Charlotte County. **The role you'll contribute:** Responsible for collaborating with the Spiritual Care team to provide pastoral care services to patients and their family members. This position responds to urgent situations, such as codes or death, at the request or referral of administrative coordinators, nurses, or family members. This role ensures compassionate support and guidance during critical moments. In addition, this position maintains personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. This role contributes to the emotional and spiritual well-being of patients and families. **The value you'll bring to the team:** Assesses the spiritual needs of patients to assist the healing process as part of a holistic team. Provides focused attention to patients, loved ones, and staff without agenda, effectively listening and responding to their needs.
