Their portfolio includes hospitals, medical office buildings, and large healthcare campuses exceeding $20M-$50M in value.Job DescriptionLead all field operations for a $40M healthcare project from ground-up through closeout.Coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality goals.Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with healthcare construction standards.Oversee daily site activities, conduct progress meetings, and manage project documentation.Collaborate closely with Project Management, Owners, and Design Teams to resolve issues proactively.Ensure all construction meets AHCA and healthcare-specific code requirements.
