The Project Designer & Coordinator will be responsible for preparing construction drawings, managing submittals, and space planning. The role also involves working closely with project management, coordinating project development, and ensuring timely completion of tasks in alignment with sustainable design principles.QualificationsExperience with Submittals and Construction DrawingsProficiency in Space Planning and ArchitectureStrong Project Management skillsProficiency with Autodesk Revit.Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fieldExperience in sustainable design practices is a plus
