We are looking for a talented, motivated, and responsible Junior Designer(s) with 2+ years of experience for our office in Boston, MA.Qualifications:Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) and 2+ years of qualified experience Experience in preparing and developing drawing setsExcellent design and graphic skills, with the ability to participate in the conceptualization and design of complex projects from the pre-design through construction documents phasesExperience in design coordination and collaboration with consultant teamsAdvanced digital modeling & rendering skillsStrong organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines, and ability to be flexibleExcellent communication, collaboration, and management skills with clients, consultants, H+Y leadership, and the design team Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe SuiteStrong work ethic, being proactive, and self motivation is essentialResponsibilities:Prepare conceptual design sketches, develop project narrative, and prepare materials for presentationCoordinate and execute assigned aspects of project documentationMeet functional, spatial & aesthetic needs of clients concerning construction procedures, code, material requirementsAttend meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors as delegatedBenefits:Paid vacation, holidays, and parental leaveCompensation package with 401k, health, and dental benefits
