Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

The Valero Law Group is a fast-paced personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for injury victims. We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedLitigation Paralegalto support our legal team and manage the litigation process from case filing through trial. The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation. This includes case file management, document drafting, discovery, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and file legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and subpoenas Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents Draft and respond to discovery requests Organize, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other evidence Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and case dockets Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including creation of trial binders and exhibits Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff Maintain organized and up-to-date case files in case management software Qualifications:Minimum35 years of experienceas a litigation paralegal, with a focus inpersonal injury lawBachelor's degree or paralegal certificate Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and court rules (state and federal) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in legal software and document management systems Ability to work independently and handle a large caseload Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Vacation Time, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays Performance based bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Free parking Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekendsExperience: Paralegal: 3 years (Required) Personal injury law: 3 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) License/Certification: Paralegal Certificate (Required) Ability to Commute: San Jose, CA 95112 (Required) Work Location: In person by Jobble
