Position Overview We re seeking an energetic, compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to deliver patient-centered care in our Aurora, CO urgent care clinic. You ll practice broad-scope urgent care medicine in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients following best practices for urgent care and occupational health.Provide respectful, compassionate care aligned with NextCare s mission and values.Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps to patients.Document care within the EHR; accurately code and bill for services rendered.Maintain productivity and quality standards consistent with peers/industry benchmarks.Provide appropriate follow-up and contribute to an excellent patient experience.
