FNP or PA needed in San Rafael, CAAbout the Position:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate provider with at least 3 years of hands-on primary care clinical experience to join our team. Responsibilities include:Delivering direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.Consulting with staff physicians as needed.Prescribing medications, treatment plans, and other necessary pharmaceuticals within the scope of practice.Referring patients to specialists and coordinating appropriate follow-up care.Overseeing and coordinating patient care activities with nursing and support staff.Adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, including quality improvement, safety, and infection control standards.Participating in health promotion, education, and prevention programs as appropriate.Assisting in performance improvement initiatives such as quality assurance, peer review, and staff development.Maintaining professional relationships with staff and patients.Supporting the coordination and integration of clinic outreach programs under the direction of the Medical Director.Performing other duties as necessary to achieve clinic goals and objectives.Compensation & Benefits:$50,000 signing bonus for select applicants (terms apply).Competitive salary range: $135,000 $160,000 per year.Relocation assistance available.Full comprehensive benefits package.
