About us Compensation range: $180,000 base salary for a full-time position with earning potential over $250,000 after bonuses. Southland Arthritis is one of the largest Rheumatology groups in Southern California with 6 clinics (Temecula, Menifee, Hemet, Corona, Riverside, San Bernardino) and 12 providers. We are looking for a 5th experienced Full-Time or a Part- Time Rheumatology Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to work at our Riverside office. You must have at least 2 years of experience working in a Rheumatology practice and have experience managing DMARDs, biologics and giving steroid injections. Your application will not be considered unless you have previously worked for a Rheumatologist for at least 2 years (no exceptions). We offer an above market rate compensation structure which includes a base salary, productivity bonus, infusion profit sharing bonus, clinical trial bonus, chronic care management bonus, remote therapeutic monitoring bonus, paid-time off, health insurance, 401K and a CME allowance.
