If you would like to be part of our incredible team, then apply today!Qualifications:Experience in route schedule: you have worked in a position before where you had a schedule of clients to see and were in charge of your own day/time at each client’s home in order to complete all of your clients for the day (this experience is not required, but beneficial)Self-motivated and able to work by yourself while still reporting to a supervisorDetail oriented, able to perform multiple tasks efficientlyPositive attitude while working even when things are difficultDesire to learn. This position requires a constant willingness to learnStrong work ethic. The harder you work the more you will achieve, and the more opportunities will be available to you as you growCommunication skills and professionalism will be required to work together with customers to help their treesHigh levels of honesty and integrityArizona drivers license, clean driving record, and safe driving skills. Your motor vehicle record will be reviewed to determine if you are a safe and responsible driverHigh School Diploma or EquivalentApplicator or pest control license is a plus, but not required (if you do not already have this, we will pay for you to get your applicator license)Responsibilities:Learn to follow all policies and procedure for the positionBe able to show up consistently at 7 AMStock work truck with all equipment and supplies neededDrive safely to all residential and commercial stops scheduled for the dayEvaluate, treat, and monitor trees for pest, disease, fungal, and cultural problemsKeep work truck and equipment clean and organizedFill out paperwork and reports properly via our company softwareEffectively communicate with management so they are informed of what is happening in the fieldContinue to learn in order to improve your understanding of plant health as well as the products and services we provideBenefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsurancePaid Time OffCompany Holidays401kCompensation:$18 - $22 an hour, depending on experience
