Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Specialty: Internal Medicine Coverage Dates Needed: ASAP- TBD ( we have had 2.0 Fte Positions open for almost a year now) What type of provider is needed? Physician/APP? Prefer an MD/DO, open to strong APP Description of Work Assignment: Primary Care provider Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: M-F Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hour: 8 hours shifts M-F Start time 8AM /first shift On call? If so, what are the call hours?: No on call Inpatient or Outpatient facility: OP Patient Load: Will be put on ramp up then gradually build up to about 18(ish) pts on average Age of patients: 18+ Case Load: We have 2 FT providers that departed, each had full panels Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS BLS/ACLS Pref, not required Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? May work solo (once up & running) current MD in the office is one physician and on APP. Are there mid levels? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for mid levels? APPs, yes, no the locums would not be responsible
